Customer Terms
- Orders and confirmation. All orders placed through the website are completed through direct WhatsApp communication. An order is considered confirmed only after Siran Valley Organic Farm acknowledges it directly.
- Product availability. Eggs, subscriptions, poultry, and future meat offerings are subject to current stock and batch availability. Poultry items marked out of stock are shown for enquiry and future reservation interest only.
- Pricing. Prices shown on the website are current display prices and may change without prior notice. Promotional discounts apply only when clearly displayed.
- Subscriptions. Subscription plans are recurring supply arrangements agreed directly with the customer. Quantities, timing, pauses, and changes should be communicated before the next planned dispatch.
- One-time orders. One-time packs are handled according to current availability. Customers are encouraged to confirm stock before urgent requirements.
- Delivery area. Orders are handled from Mansehra. Customers outside Mansehra may enquire on WhatsApp about possible delivery options, routes, and extra charges.
- Delivery timing. Delivery timing depends on route planning, availability, order size, and current schedule. Exact timing cannot always be guaranteed in advance.
- Changes and cancellations. Customers should notify Siran Valley Organic Farm as early as possible if they want to change or cancel an order. Subscription customers should provide notice before the next cycle.
- Product handling after receipt. Eggs should be checked on receipt and stored properly. Poultry buyers are responsible for housing, feeding, transport care, and handling after collection or delivery.
- Poultry condition and variation. Poultry age, appearance, weight, and batch condition may vary slightly. Photos and videos are representative unless the exact current batch is specifically shared on WhatsApp.
- Website images and descriptions. Product images help represent the product category, not an absolute promise that every batch will look identical.
- Custom and bulk enquiries. Custom poultry batches, bulk orders, and future reservations are subject to farm planning, availability, and direct discussion.
- Future payments. Online payments may be introduced later. Until then, payment arrangements are confirmed directly during the order conversation.
- Customer responsibility for correct details. Customers must provide an accurate phone number, address, city, quantity, and preferred delivery timing to avoid delays or confusion.
- Right to refuse. Siran Valley Organic Farm reserves the right to refuse, delay, or limit an order where stock is unavailable, delivery is not practical, or customer details remain incomplete.
- Support contact. For any order, stock, subscription, pricing, poultry, or delivery query, customers should contact Siran Valley Organic Farm through the WhatsApp buttons provided on the website.
